At Zam Zam Mart, we offer a 7-day return policy.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used products

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Wrong Items:
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours with proof (picture/video).

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
